: Are people allowed to jump or dive into pools?

No.
All inducted residents signed against the rules of use for the wet areas. In these rules
item 11
states - 11. Running, ball playing, noisy or hazardous activities are not permitted in the wet areas. There is strictly No Diving.
Question
: Can my children come and use the centre on their own?

Under 16’s

permitted without supervision.
Under 16’s

permitted in the gym under any circumstances (as signed above the gym and in rules of use).
Question
: How do I book the Tennis Courts?

There is a tennis court booking board mounted on the wall adjacent to the managers office.
Please note however that booking of the courts should be done stictly in 1 hour blocks as outlined in item 13 of the WET AREAS & TENNIS COURT RULES OF USE.
Question
: How do I get to use the facility?

If you are over the age of 16 and wish to use the centre, contact
Estates Owners Corporation:
(03) 9862 3718
to arrange a time to complete the centre induction.
For your induction you will need to bring a rate notice or occupancy permit to prove you are the lot holder.
The induction includes filling out the induction form, that is available on the Club Claremont website or from Doris on the day, and a run through of how the equipment and the centre work.
Once the induction is completed you will be given an access fob
(one per lot)
which will allow access to the facility.
Question
: I have lost my Pass token for Club Claremont. How do I get a replacement?
(1)
A replacement needs to be purchased. The attached form needs to be filled in and sent to the Owners Corporation for processing.
Once payment for the new pass has been processed management will issue an new pass.
Note that tenants cannot purchase replacement passes this must be done by the owner or acting agent.
Question
: Is smoking permitted in or around the centre?

There is no smoking at all on centre grounds.
This includes the pool/garden area and the car park

: What are the Centre Manager's hours?

Hi to all residents of Claremont Park,
Just to let you know that I am currently contracted to be at the centre for
12 hours a week
during which time cleaning, maintenance and inductions will be performed.
If you have a non-urgent suggestion or issue please feel free to write it in the communications book located in the foyer of the centre
